CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand life happens. Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. Any bookings cancelled or no-shows within 24 hours of service time are subject to a charge of 30% of the booked service. *UPDATE* Clients are limited to two (2) reschedules of the same appointment before they are considered a no-show and charged the full appointment amount.
